Chair Adelaide Hills/Lucindale
Tim started his career as a Winemaker, working for Penfolds before starting his own winery called RockBare.
After following his true passion for the beef industry, Tim and his wife purchased property in the Adelaide Hills before buying a larger farm near Lucindale in 2008 where they run a commercial beef operation. Along the way Tim has opened two high-end steak house restaurants called 'A Hereford Beefstouw' in Adelaide and Melbourne. Tim also founded and runs a dry aged beef wholesale business under the 'Kings+Queens' brand name.
