1. To approve the minutes of the 2023 AGM
2. To receive and note the financial statements and reports for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024
3. To accept the 2023-24 Annual Report
4. To appoint up to two (2) Board Directors
5. To appoint an Auditor for the 2024-25 financial year.
