Quorn - Livestock SA Member Consultation on the Constitution

Following a comprehensive governance and structural review process facilitated by a leading South Australian governance lawyer, the Livestock SA Board is now seeking members’ support to transition the organisation’s corporate structure to industry best practice.

The proposed constitutional changes will not affect the work performed by Livestock SA, but it will ensure the organisation is properly governed, more transparent and more accountable to members and other stakeholders.
