South Australians living in rural areas have a higher chance of developing skin cancer.
Driven by Cancer Council SA and Country SA PHN, the Skin Cancer Awareness Regional Roadshow will visit eight locations across the state between March and June 2019.
This series of information sessions will help spread important prevention and early detection messages further, those who attend will receive a free skin cancer awareness pack which includes a personal skin cancer early detection tool and a number of additional SunSmart resources to take home.
Producers are encouraged to attend with the Roadshows being held across SA in the following locations:
• Port Lincoln/Cleve 4-6 March
• Port Pirie 20-21 March
• Renmark 3-4 April
• Naracoorte 21-23 May
• Tanunda 5 June
• Kadina /Yorketown 24-26 June
