One Biosecurity is a new voluntary program which will help producers to manage, protect and promote their on-farm biosecurity.
It aims to deliver the livestock sector greater market credibility, improved traceability as well as make the industry less vulnerable to uncontrolled disease spread and encourage better disease reporting and informed livestock purchasing.
Beef cattle, dairy and sheep producers members are urged to register for the One Biosecurity program from August 14, by visiting www.onebiosecurity.pir.sa.gov.au or emailing 1BSupport@sa.gov.au or calling 08 8429 3300 during business hours.
