An information meeting on a new CSIRO and Charles Sturt University goat industry animal health project will be held on Wednesday 12 December at Murray Bridge.
The producer–led project will focus on improved animal health surveillance and management.
The purpose of the meeting is to introduce the project, including an overview of the project’s purpose, scope, its partnership approach to goat health surveillance and management, and the potential benefits for local goat stakeholders.
The meeting will also commence discussions on health surveillance priorities among participants, inform potential participants about what will be involved and requirements for taking part in the project going forward, and requesting consent from those willing to participate in the project.
