The Cudlee Creek Fire Landscape Recovery Grants support rural landholders and farmers in the Cudlee Creek fire scar, who have been fire-affected and are working to protect and restore their natural resources, after the bushfire which started on 20 December 2019. Consideration may be given for eligible works that have already been undertaken prior to signing of a grant agreement, provided that they commenced after 20 December 2020. Each landholder can apply for up to $5,000+GST.
These funds are being made available from the Adelaide and Mount Lofty Ranges and South-Australian Murray-Darling Basin Natural Resources Management boards levies.
Notes from the ‘Managing livestock after fires’ meeting held by the Adelaide and Mount Lofty Ranges and SA Murray Darling Basin Natural Resources Management boards, in partnership with Livestock SA, at Woodside Hall on the 24th January 2020 can be found below.
For further information, contact the Livestock SA office.
Bushfire affected primary producers in South Australia can now access grants of up to $75,000 to assist with the recovery process.
The recovery grant can be used to help with the cost of:
- Clean up activities

With the Oakbank Fodder Donation Depot closing Friday 17 January, Livestock SA have collated a list of fodder options and livestock agents available to continue to support the Adelaide Hills bushfire recovery.
While many livestock producers are donating hay for delivery to Kangaroo Island, Livestock SA is also getting inquiries from others on how they can assist those affected.
