The South Australian Government’s Red Meat and Wool Growth Program is providing an exciting opportunity for producers to access the latest livestock technology innovations. Producers will be able to learn from AgTech experts and providers, get hands-on experience with a range of technologies, and develop networks with like-minded producers.
The expos will showcase livestock-related agtech that is ready for practical application on-farm, along with talks from experts on implementation of electronic Identification (eID), shearing shed design, smart tags, and sheep handlers and yard design. AgTech trade displays will include precision livestock management equipment, farm management systems and remote sensing technology.
With the Livestock AgTech Adoption Rebate currently on offer for up to $10,000 (GST excl.) to adopt agtech, the expos are an ideal opportunity for producers to explore the benefits technology can bring to their businesses, and how to implement it.
