Following on from the success of last year’s community workshops that identified actions to protect what we value in our landscapes, the South East Natural Resource Management Board invites members of the South East’s Agricultural and Primary Production Industry, to the next round of community meetings to be held later this month in each subregion.
Last year’s workshops resulted in four subregional NRM plans that identify local priorities and set out actions that can be used by individuals and groups working in NRM. In order to get these plans into action, producers are invited to attend a subregional forum focused on co-designing sub regional projects with key staff and influencing how the NRM levy is spent.
Natural Resources South East are also keen to find out which if participants (be it individuals, groups, landholders and /or organisations) would like to partner with The Board to implement these great ideas as projects in your subregion.
