The Marshall Liberal Government recognises the enduring impacts of drought affecting farmers, pastoralists and the wider community across the across the Flinders Ranges and understands drought impacts prevail in many parts of South Australia.
The Government continues to roll out the $21 million Drought Support Package announced in December 2019 and revised in March 2020 following feedback the Premier Steven Marshall MP, received during his tour of drought affected regions, including Cleve, Hawker, Marree and Orroroo, in February 2020.
Minister Whetstone will be available to meet with community members to discuss drought conditions, access to government support programs and any other matter in Hawker from 9.30am on Wednesday 15 July 2020.
