The Limestone Coast Red Meat Cluster will hold a webinar focused on Enhanced abattoir surveillance and rib fractures in lambs on July 5, from 6pm ACST.
It will provide an opportunity to hear from two meat industry experts:
- Kirsty Cordon (PIRSA), will speak on the PIRSA Enhanced Abattoir Surveillance Program
- Colin Trengove (University of Adelaide) will speak on how rib fractures occur and prevention strategies
