Dr Emily Buddle
Senior Project Officer
Dr. Emily Buddle is a Senior Project Officer with Livestock SA, a social science researcher, extension manager and primary producer. After completing her undergraduate degree in agricultural sciences, Emily went on to complete a Ph.D. with a thesis titled “Australian meat consumers’ understandings of farm animal welfare”. She worked for Animal Health Australia as an extension manager and is an active member of the Food Values Research Group at the University of Adelaide. In her 'spare time' she is a wool and grains producer with her husband based in the lower northern region of South Australia.
